Arolla Ski Tour

The beautiful peaks and passes surrounding the Swiss alpine centre of Arolla, form an excellent venue for our introductory level tour. With well-appointed huts and a wide range of itineraries, a great weeks touring is possible in most conditions.

Gran Paradiso

6 days 4:1 Intermediate Level £750 Dates 3-10 April

Once a private hunting ground of the royal court, the idyllic Gran Paradiso National Park contains the highest summit entirely within Italy. Our aim is to climb the Gran Paradiso, before circumnavigating the massif via a little frequented route through the wild eastern valleys. For this classic ski mountaineering journey, we will be staying at some of the friendliest huts in the Alps.

Haute Route

7 days 6:1 Intermediate Level £895 Dates 27 March-4 April

Our aim is for you to complete the most famous ski tour in the Alps: the High Level Route connecting Chamonix and Zermatt. Its popular reputation is fully justified on account of the fabulous mountain scenery, the tough climbs, exhilarating descents, charming huts and terrific sense of achievement once it's all over! This year we are also able to offer a dedicated Telemark group for the tour, lead by Nick Parks (IFMGA) - widely respected as the country's leading telemark guide.

Monta Rosa Tour

6 days 4:1 Advanced Level £795 Dates 1-8 May

This is an extended version of the well-known Italian Haute Route and gives the opportunity to bag some classic 4000ers. Starting above Zermatt at the Breithorn, we aim to weave our way along the Monta Rosa massif taking in Castor, Il Naso, Signalkuppe and the Zumsteinspitze. The traverse then continues north via the Adler Pass to access the Strahlhorn and Allalinhorn, before finally dropping down to Saas Fee. A great challenge for keen skiers and the highest hut tour in the Alps.

Oberland 4000s Tour

6 days 4:1 Advanced Level £795 Dates 8-15 May

Over the week we will focus on the big peaks and quality descents of the magnificent and well renowned Bernese Oberland. Starting at the Jungfraujoch, we aim to climb the Gross Grunhorn, Fiescherhorn and Finsteraarhorn before making the famous 2000m descent to Munster. A challenging tour for accomplished skiers with excellent fitness and good mountain skills.

Manali Expedition

23 days 4:1 Advanced Level Price TBC Dates may 2005

Exploratory Ski Mountaineering in the Manali region of the Indian Himalayas. The area has excellent touring potential, with numerous opportunities for first ski ascents and descents. A unique chance to take part in the development of ski mountaineering in the Himalayas!

Private Guiding

300-350 euros per day fees only for up to 7 clients

Beyond our regular ski mountaineering program, we join private clients for tailor made packages. These vary from long weekends off piste, to a week or more completing your own personal tour. For die hards we also specialise in out of season fun including November glacier skiing and high altitude touring right into June. So, if you fancy something different simply get in touch.
